1. Provide good customer service, respond quickly and accurately and handle customer consultation and feedback;
2. Properly handle customer complaints and disputes, improve the favorable rate of the account, and keep the account running well;
3. Assisted in processing customer orders, tracked the progress of orders, and ensured the timely completion of orders;
4. Summarized and sorted out customer problems, provided improvement Suggestions and improved customer satisfaction.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader;
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, cet-4 or above;
2. Good understanding and written communication skills, and basic skills of customer service;
3. Proficient in operating office software;
4. I love e-commerce industry, and I am active, careful, patient and responsible in work.
